Grant Gifford is the guru in building construction and management. He has a BSC in Building Management and has over 25 years’ construction and commercial building experience in Australia, New Zealand, Hong Kong, South Africa and the UK. The big picture, the small details and everything in between in construction comes naturally to Grant.
Grant spends his time and passion on managing the people, so that the trades know what they’re doing, the project managers can keep everything on time and to budget, and his clients know how they’re office fit out is progressing at each stage.
Grant has the confidence and experience needed to make sure that every construction project at Concept Office Interiors is delivered on time, within budget, with zero defects and in a safe workplace environment. He lives and breathes building and construction and his passion for quality means that his clients move in to their premises on the planned date, without any hiccups, issues or fuss.
Richard Mensink is passionate about business. He’s managed and owned many of his own businesses and in his youth, achieved Young Business Person of The Year Finalist twice. He ran Australia’s largest records management company for 15 years as CEO. He’s managed other design and construction companies, and as well as holding the position of Director at Concept Office Interiors, he owns a number of other businesses is also on the board of a wide range of companies, such as Healthcare Villages, Tiger Corp and Metro Pain Clinics.
Richard uses this experience and practical knowledge at Concept Office Interiors to advise companies on the right office space to suit their needs. His records management business has given him the inside track on how companies operate, what they need to achieve, how they can achieve it and what resources they need.
Richard has intrinsic knowledge of how the needs of all businesses are different and that the office space needed by a manufacturing or retail business is going to be very different from an IT or services company. His recommendations are based on the industry, the business strategy and the people.
He is dedicated to making sure that businesses achieve the best results possible. He has a pragmatic, action orientated and open communication style. Richard is resourced with good people. Every business he owns is growing. He looks closely at the value proposition of a business, its mission and business strategy; and as an entrepreneur he has a real understanding in business and making businesses a success.

Reece Lombard has worked in several continents around the globe, Reece brings 17 years of Project Management experience to Concept Office Interiors. He is a certified PMP (Project Management Professional) having attained this through the Project Management Institute (a Global PM body). Having worked on over 100 fit-outs over a range of large industries he has the knowledge and experience to achieve project outcomes that are certain to satisfy and exceed our clients’ expectations. Miriam van der Waal is an enthusiastic designer with an open-minded approach. Meeting with clients’ she is able to ascertain and deliver the required designs whether they be alternative, classical or contemporary. Miriam’s recent projects include Urban Trans, Remunerator and Apec RMIT. |
